As a National Level Master Trainer for one of the largest fitness companies in the country, she has been responsible for planning, organizing and conducting fitness & exercise training seminars for hundreds of local trainers and fitness instructors all over the east coast region. With over 18 years in the fitness industry, Adriana has also received certifications as a Nutrition Consultant and Group Exercise Instructor with NASM, APEX, AFFA, and ACE. Adriana is certified in Boot Camp, Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling, Functional Training, Post Rehab Specialist, Power Flex, BOSU and Resist-a-Ball.

Devon Kidd is a Certified Functional Specialist, Wellness and Nutrition Consultant, and has been a health and fitness expert for over 15 years. With over ten professional certifications including Functional Specialist, ACE, Master Level II BOSU instructor, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and an Exercise Science Certificate from San Diego State University, Devon's commitment to knowledge gives her clients confidence in her abilities to assist them and to help them reach their goals safely and successfully.
Devon specializes in competition training for Adventure trips, Corrective Exercise for Postural Deviations, program design for individual's health and fitness goals, weight loss and management, autoimmune disorders, power-walking programs, as well as overall fun, highly motivating group exercise for all participating levels. Devon's passion for her work allows her to easily encourage participants in a group setting to push beyond the burn safely and efficiently.
Mike Welch, Certified Personal Trainer
With more than 12 years of experience, Mike is a Master Level Trainer specializing in athlete performance, speed development and movement mechanics. He holds degrees in Physiology and Sports Psychology from Pittsburg State University and attended graduate school at Oklahoma State University. Michael’s certifications include personal training, corrective rehabilitation and speed mechanics. He also performs group instruction on kick-boxing and fitness boot camps.
Michael is the current President of the School of Athletic Development, a school of specialized speed and strength programs that is designed to improve the performance of youth, high school athletic teams and professional athletes. Professionally, Michael serves as a faculty member to certifying organizations and contributes articles to fitness publications. Additionally, he conducts seminars on subjects related to women’s fitness, athlete and core training as well as sports nutrition. As a former NCAA athlete and body builder, discipline, hard work and motivation are part of his lifestyle.
