Getaway Fitness Retreats are a reboot of your body, mind and spirit. Each day of our retreat provides guests with a unique opportunity to explore the area our retreats are located in while experiencing vigorous workouts from our expert training team. Enjoy beach boot camp on Southern California and Florida beaches, bike on the bay, run on the beach with dolphins swimming near the shore, experience yoga as the sun rises on the beach, hike in the hills of La Jolla California. You will leave our retreats feeling fitter and more relaxed and our training team will empower you with the knowledge to make healthy choices/decisions once you return home. We include a 30 day post retreat coaching program as part of our package so you can keep in touch with our team, continue to get workouts and nutrition information after you leave us. Sample Daily ScheduleBelow is what a sample day might look like. The structure is the same each day but the workouts and activities vary. Each day contains a certain number of workouts and outdoor activities such as kayaking, biking, paddle boarding, etc.
