Getaway Fitness is a unique fitness getaway that is all about challenging yourself, discovering your full potential and having fun! Rejuvenate yourself through our structured program of exercise, nutrition, education and relaxation.

Our 6 night and 4 night fitnessretreats run with fixed dates at various luxury resort hotels in and outside of the U.S. The all-inclusive package provides the following:

Getaway Fitness has worked with each resort to design delicious healthy gourmet meals made with the freshest natural ingredients. Meals are often eaten as a group so that we can help provide you with the tools to handle your own day-to-day decisions relative to dining. We will work with you to develop a meal plan that is realistic and can easily be adapted into your daily routine.

Our staff of nationally certified trainers will encourage and motivate you during your fitness adventure and will provide you with a cusomized workout program that you can use after leaving the retreat.

Our Corporate Fitness Retreats allow companies that are wellness minded to take advantage of our fitness retreats for their seminars and management meetings. Come to one of our locations or let us build a customized fitness retreat into the framework of one of your meetings at your destination.

A GETAWAY FITNESS DAY

A typical day at Getaway Fitness begins with a nutritionally balanced breakfast prepared by a gourmet chef. After breakfast there is an informal lecture on a health related topic and we discuss the activities for the day. Each guest will be given a schedule for the day’s activities which will include some of the following: stretch class, cardiovascular training (biking, hiking, relay race, or swimming), personal training session, yoga, pilates and/or core class, beach boot camp.  During the scheduled activities each guest is provided healthy snacks and breaks throughout the day to allow the guest transition time to the next scheduled activity. Each guest is provided a healthy lunch and dinner after an invigorating day of fitness.


Each guest is encouraged to participate in all schedule activities. We realize that every guest is at different level of fitness and so activities will be modified to match the participant’s fitness level.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Running shoes with treaded soles
  • Swimwear
  • IPod with your favorite music
  • Socks (look for 'wick' hiking socks that take the moisture out)
  • Workout clothes and warm-up suit or tights for yoga
