ABOUT OUR FITNESS VACATIONS

Getaway Fitness is a unique fitness getaway and boot camp vacation that is all about challenging yourself, discovering your full potential and having fun! Rejuvenate yourself through our structured program of exercise, nutrition, education and relaxation.

Our 6 night and 4 night fitness vacation retreats run with flexible dates dates at various luxury resort hotels in and outside of the U.S. Longer term programs are available upon request.  The all-inclusive package provides the following:

Getaway Fitness Vacations has worked with each resort to design delicious healthy gourmet meals made with the freshest natural ingredients. Meals are often eaten as a group so that we can help provide you with the tools to handle your own day-to-day decisions relative to dining. We will work with you to develop a meal plan that is realistic and can easily be adapted into your daily routine.

Our staff of nationally certified trainers will encourage and motivate you during your fitness adventure and will provide you with a customized workout program that you can use after leaving the retreat.

  • Running shoes with treaded soles
  • Swimwear
  • iPod with your favorite music
  • Socks (look for 'wick' hiking socks that take the moisture out)
  • Workout clothes and warm-up suit layered

WHAT IS A TYPICAL "GETAWAY DAY"?

Our typical "Getaway Day" begins with a beach boot camp We provide 5-6 hours of structured, intensive fitness activities per day.  Each day varies in activities.  Once the day ends at about 2:30, guests are free for beach time, spa services or down time.
